By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
The Service aggregates third-party financial news and publicly available social-media content and uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to produce summaries, impact and direction indications, and market context. It also presents market data panels, session and macro context, an economic calendar, community features, and embedded third-party market television. The Service is an informational and educational tool only. It does not execute trades, route orders, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
The Service, including all summaries, scores, indicators, and "impact" or "direction" labels, is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, derivative, or other instrument. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information and for your own decisions.

The Service, its design, software, the Korvus and BlackCrownVxJ names and crown logo, and Company-generated summaries and compilations are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, internal use during your active membership. Third-party news, data, and social content remain the property of their respective owners.
Member discussion and comments take place in our designated third-party community server, "Eclipse-X," hosted on Discord. Your use of that server is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and by any community rules we post there. You are solely responsible for content you post. By posting, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating the community. We may moderate, remove content, or remove members at our discretion. Comments and opinions posted by members are their own and are not advice or recommendations from, or endorsed by, the Company.
The Service relies on third-party sources, including news publishers, public social platforms, market-data providers, and an embedded third-party television broadcast. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those sources.
Where the Service offers email or other alerts, they are provided as a convenience only. Delivery depends on third-party networks and providers and is not guaranteed; alerts may be delayed, filtered, or fail entirely. Do not rely on alerts as your sole source of time-sensitive information, and do not make trading decisions on the assumption that an alert will arrive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and the Company agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute not otherwise resolved will be the state and federal courts located in the county of the Company's principal place of business in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action.
You consent to receive notices and other communications from us electronically, including by email to your account address and by postings within the Service, and you agree that electronic notices satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
